We welcome adults 18 and older who are committed to a substance-free lifestyle and capable of managing their own daily living needs. Applicants should have no active substance use and a genuine desire to grow within a supportive community. We welcome both men and women. Prior treatment experience is helpful but not required.

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we will walk you through the application, a brief intake assessment, and move-in logistics. We aim to make the process as straightforward and welcoming as possible.

The monthly fee covers your private or semi-private room, all shared utilities, common area access, and participation in house community activities. We keep our fee structure transparent — there are no hidden charges. Specific pricing is discussed during the intake conversation, as availability and room types vary.

Yes — completely. All residents sign a substance-free agreement as a condition of residency. We conduct regular house meetings and maintain a culture of mutual accountability. Any violation of the substance-free agreement is addressed directly and may result in the end of residency. Our community's safety and sobriety depend on everyone's commitment, and we take that seriously.
