Named for a grandmother. Built for a community.
The Bee Sanctuary exists because of one woman's love — and one founder's determination to pass that love forward.
Gina Walker
Founder
Bee was my late grandmother's nickname.
She always made people feel loved, cared for, seen, blessed, safe — and like they had a purpose. That is the spirit this home is built on.
Bee is also an acronym for what we want for every resident: to Be Enlightened & Empowered. Our home setup and house values align to that intention in everything we do.

What Bee always gave — and what we carry forward
Every resident is welcomed as a whole person — not a case, not a problem to solve. Warmth is the foundation of everything here.
We notice people. We listen. We remember. Being truly seen by a community is one of the most powerful forces in recovery.
A substance-free, structured home where the environment itself supports stability — so residents can focus on what matters.
We believe every person who walks through our door carries gifts. Our role is to create the conditions for those gifts to surface.
Practical support, community accountability, and a consistent daily rhythm — the structures that make independent living achievable.
Recovery is not just the absence of substances. It is the presence of meaning. We help residents find and build theirs.
